If you wish to cancel the booking, 2% of the sales value will be forfeited before the agreement. The cancellation will have GST, and 5 % of GST paid on installments is not refunded.

9. What is my role in the disbursement of installments through the banks?

It is the buyer's role to give timely disbursements of installments. For correct payments, buyers must agree on a schedule and issue a mandate to the bank to disburse payments.

10. What is the scheme for the maintenance of the project?

A sum is charged as an advanced fee for the first year and will be collected at the accounts' close. It will be made every quarter from the second year, payable in advance. All payments are in favor of the property management company.
